one is 40 & one at 50 once we shift it around we should be at 44 WAHOO if not only 2 pounds over so much better than I thought

Packing today

Yes today we are packing our suitcases all up & taking a deep breath 
in 2 days my parents will be here a blessing & they will take car of our furbaby Jasper 
Then in 4 days OH MY did I say 4 days YES YES we will be Thursday the 28th on our way to CHINA 
& in 8 days be with our beautiful little girl 
God is good 

Looking forward to this journey SOOOOOOOO MUCH

Today we received our  tickets for our trip
To open the envelope & see our names & our daughter was such a JOY
To think in 13 days when we walk out of our home it will be the last time as two
We will become a full circle of 3 our missing piece of the puzzle is about to be complete

What a blessed day yesterday 
We received our e-mail of the news  Congratulations The American Consulate has confirmed your appointment . WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
So we worked & now our flights are booked 
What a blessing only 19 days till we leave I do count a little different as I remove the day we are on as it is already here :) and in 23 days our daughter will be in our arms as this brings tears of joy

OUR TA APPROVAL IS HERE

SO BLESSED WE RECEIVED OUR TA Travel APPROVAL YESTERDAY EVENING
Now to wait for our consulate apt we are in hope by the end of this week we will be booking flights

Our daughters medicine was called into our pharmacy. What a unique moment to say her name , we are in hopes this means out TA (Travel Approval ) is right around the corner as our LSC & article 5 is awaiting the stamp of approval & invite WE ARE READY

Friends

A weekend to help us fill the time as we are with great friends
We were blessed with friends taking us to the Coca-Cola 600 
As it was Memorial day & became a little more emotional than expected our evening ended a little sooner than we would of liked. Thank you to the Reeders for giving us the LOVE & friendship that is needed

The date is May 22 - Our LSC and article 5 is with the CCCWA yesterday on May 21st we are holding our breath in excited as next is (TA )TRAVEL APPROVAL then we have our consulate apt booked and YES off we will go to meet our daughter 
Can be 3-8 weeks from now we really are holding for three weeks

My second shower in VA

As my post might be a little late. I wanted to share about my second toddler shower in VA.
Where to begin our brother Irwin whom is with us in spirit his mom as we call her Mama Christie held a shower for me. My mom has been with me for 4 weeks & is staying to go with me to my second shower a blessing as she &  I packed my mom gave me the best gift EVER she flew in my Jenn from Iowa & her 3  week old baby , let me just say Jenn had a C-section 3 weeks to the day she flew in talk about a true friend never complained and loaded up and here she came with Nathan so little & as adorable as ever & my Jenn fabtabulous as I like to say. We all loaded up & off to VA we go. We stayed on the 5th floor on the water it was beautiful my mom had a gorgeous gift basket & flowers in the room waiting it smelled devine. The first night was us 3 1/2 lol and mama came by for a visit. The second day the troops came in that's right my girls from Camp Lejuene . Donna came in with her 18 month old Mason boy do I love them as they drove hours to be with me on this special day not to mention her husband is in Afghanistan fighting for our freedom, then Mandi came in with little emory 6 months not to mention her house was just packed up as her military family was moving to Hawaii that week. Let me just say blessed for all of them taking time with ALL they had going on to be with me , pushing everything else aside to share & give me the MOMMY moment was something  I will never forget. That night had Jess & as I call him Colber stop by good times with all the talking & laughing. The following day we went to stop by Irwin's plot then we headed back & started to get ready for my toddler shower.
This was held at Connie & Owen  house  Irwin's dad. The decorations were perfect , as were my favorite cherry chip cupcakes. The games were cute the gifts poured in there was joy in the room.
Had a great night & thanks to all. I also enjoyed a quick HUG from Irwin's brother James.
Night time back to hotel as Donna , Mandi & I undid all gifts and organized so they would fit in the car.
Blessed time with all .

As we just received a call where our friends informed us they were doing a gift of love & that was fabulous but they continued to say they were giving us a video camera of our very own , as we have already felt so encompassed with LOVE  the gifts continue as do joyous tears.
The actions of others have shown us so much & we are so blessed with the prayers, love & support.
Now to know we will have a video camera to record our journey to meet our daughter as well as here journey home & all the changes that will take place. So excited

We are in TRAVEL phase

Yes we are in TRAVEL phase 
The wait continues , we are holding strong in prayer 
There are no words of how amazing this journey is 
As when the stepping stones continue to be placed in front of us we know God is in full control.
We both feel it will be soon & looking forward to becoming 3 strong 
 

Cushions

Cushions are made for her rocker it might have taken me the mommy to be all day to make them but such a feeling of Joy .

Latest update we received our paper work & sent out the packet to GWCA. They have now forwarded it to Guangdong China. We wait at most 3 weeks for our article 5 then tada travel time YEAH time to meet our baby girl

Toddler shower blessing

I had my first as we like to call it a Toddler shower. This was given to me by my great friend Kathleen she blessed me with paying attention to every detail. It was themed oriental there were rocks for every person who attended to said a prayer for Hailey & they will be placed in her room . Candles & pillows on the floor for seating .Gifts were given to all who attended a special bookmarks & key chains. All the food she prepared from scratch it was AMAZING & all went with the theme. There were my favorite &  fabulous jelly belly beans & a Smore' s bar was so unique. It blessed me as most friends who attended drove about a hour to be with me on this special day. My mom was right with me a true blessing in itself. I could go on & on. Looking forward to making a scrapbook with memories of this event  to share with Hailey.

Package is in CHINA

Will & I boxed up our picture & a blanket that we slept with to send to our daughter we also including a letter of questions for the orphanage we are in hopes will be answered, added some cookies for the directors and nannies & clothes for the other children.
We just found out that on 3/22/2012 our box made it safe to the gentleman who then sent it out to the province where our daughter is. We are awaiting on word that our daughter has received the box.
The thought that she will have our picture next to where she sleeps is like the commercial says PRICELESS 
Will keep you up on the answers in our letter as soon as we know

I-800A Approval

So exciting we received our I -800A approval on 3/19/2012 we then worked on our next packet for 7 hours straight & over night it out on 3/20/2012  , We are awaiting our I-800 approval this should be in less than 4 weeks then after this approval ten days after we will receive our NVC letter. YEAH will continue to keep the updates coming

I 800 A information

We are in hopes next week will be the week for I 800 A approval as this is what has been mentioned to us we were told between 60 to 90 days and are on day 30 a blessing . Once this approval comes in we send out the 800 wait for this approval time frame 3 to 4 weeks wait for our NVC letter will follow about 10 days after 800 approval. Then we can turn in our DS-230 package & post adoption agreement.
Lets continue to believe we will stay on this path of quickness as we look forward to having Hailey in our arms.

Car seat in

Monday
We went down to the Fire Department & they installed her car seat
Very Interesting
Her car seat is in the middle of the back of the car safer that way do to side impact.
I am pleased as now we can reach her easily & she will be in between her grandparents.

We look forward to the day we turn around & the see our beautiful daughter HAILEY.

Sunday construction finished

So pleased we finished the walk through from our daughters room to ours.
We were blessed to have friends come over & help finish the task.
I will say it looks fantastic

We hold in Faith that the approval will come back in a timely manner once the approval comes back to us we have to fill out the 800 ( yes it is different then the I-800A ) two other steps after that

As our journey continues , we have been blessed with great gifts a dresser from friends and a toy chest from another close friend.
We are in the process of striping it down to bare wood & adding stain ..

We have picked the paint colors & are pleased.
